Keeping Business World ship-shape and meeting everyone’s needs can mean extensive training for occasional tasks, or hiring an experienced administrator – which many organisations simply cannot justify.
Why not let us take the strain with our remote System Admin service for Business World. The Remote System Admin service acts as an extension to an organisation’s own team, or where they are unable to provide an in-house capability to carry out the routine and on-demand tasks required to manage the Unit4 Business World system. System Administration can include health monitoring, user account management, security and permissions, maintenance, fixes and work-arounds, making simple changes, workflow and creating simple reports.
It is designed as a call-off service – a set number of remote hours are purchased each month, and requests are logged for remote attendance by our team. The number of hours, range of tasks, and service levels can be tuned to meet your needs, whether light or heavy.
The service can also provide a reassuring bridging service between day-to-day administration and the commitment of whole-day onsite consultancy, which may not always be necessary.
