Ben was formally a Chartered Accountant with extensive project management experience prior to becoming involved with Unit4 Business World software. Ben led the search and selection for a new ERP solution for Buro Happold, a professional services company based in Bath. After Buro Happold, Ben went on to develop a proven track record in U4BW project delivery with excellent grasp of the product and its capability. Since forming Highpoint, Ben has attracted a team of similarly minded people with complementary skills and a desire to constantly learn and improve. Recently, Ben has been heavily involved in HR and Payroll implementations as a lead consultant, establishing a solid reputation in this area and working with Unit4 to develop implementation documentation and processes. Ben has been instrumental in the development of our training solutions and is always looking for new ways to improve the user experience and value added element of our courses. He has created the concept and draft courseware for our new familiarisation and build courses which we call QuickStart. Ben is a great team player and leader, has excellent communication skills, is a great listener and has a deep rooted understanding of what makes great a customer experience.
Martin is an experienced Unit4 Business World user with over 8 years of experience. During this time, Martin has worked as an Accounts payable end user in Local Government on version 5.4 and as a System Administrator for 2 years in Higher Education. This involved the implementation of U4BW 5.5.1 for Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, P2P, training on Smart Client and Self Service and on- going technical support. There were also 2 successful upgrades in his time there. Martin can assist implementation teams through the design, build and testing process, making sure pitfalls are avoided and the implementation is as efficient and cost- effective as possible. He has many years of experience as an end user, administrator and consultant.
Julie brings a thorough approach and a sense of humour to the office, making sure everything around the office is ship-shape and works as it should. She has worked hard to bring our HR practices and policy up to date, and she is working towards her CIPD qualification.
